With over 20 years in sales and marketing management, Richard brings an informed perspective and experience to his real estate business. As a Vice President of Marketing and Business Development for a large international supply firm and Sales and Marketing leadership roles with two other companies, Richard brings his management and negotiation skills to work with Keyrenter DFW Mid-Cities. His exuberant spirit is balanced by a calm demeanor which his clients have appreciated as well as his strong work ethic and knowledge.

No stranger to business, Lisa Groehler was born with an entrepreneurial spirit and has been the successful owner and operator of a salon and beauty business along with raising two sons with Richard. The business located in Dallas, allowed Lisa to grow and flourish while increasing her sales, client retention and management experience. Lisa’s clientele appreciates her honest, open and strong work ethic. Lisa is customer service driven and brings her Texas sized personality to Keyrenter DFW Mid-Cities.

Merging the work ethic of both Richard and Lisa, Evan forged his own unique path as a championship swimmer at an early age. Disciplined and gregarious with an attention to detail and an infectious personality, Evan brings his enthusiasm for real estate and all of its complexities to Keyrenter DFW Mid-Cities.
